Setting Goals
Setting
goals is critical to time management, since it's hard to hit a target
if you don't know what the target is. No discussion on time management
would be complete without talking about goal setting.
Goal setting
goes back to the
days of Aristotle, who philosophized that
purpose can cause action. This idea was further developed into the well
known work of Napoleon Hill in the classic book Think and Grow Rich.
Think
and Grow Rich became such a popular book due to it's central premise,
which goes back to one of the key time management techniques: Focus
on What You Want:
Thoughts Become Things
Since goal setting is so critical to time management, I'm
